Lori

Patient Coordinator

Lori is our Patient Coordinator who brings 37+ years of dental experience and has performed many job duties throughout the dental office. Lori enjoys working with patients and helping each patient be informed and pleased with their visits. Lori and her husband reside here in Arlington and have two sons and two grandchildren. In her freetime Lori enjoys reading, gardening, fishing, hiking and camping. Spending time with family is #1 and spoiling her grandchildren!

Julie

Financial Coordinator

Julie is the Financial Coordinator for our Arlington Office. Julie processes insurance claims and can assist with finance options such as CareCredit or Proceed Finance. Julie began her career as a Licensed Dental Assistant 32 years ago and graduated from Mankato Technical College. Although Julie has since moved from assisting chairside to the front office, she continues to keep her Dental Assistant License. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her family, gardening and various crafts or DIY projects around the farm she shares with her husband Brian. Julie & Brian have 2 children.

Sara

Schedule Coordinator

Sara is one of our scheduling coordinators. She is entering the world of dentistry after working in the medical field for 13 years. Sara enjoys meeting and working with the patients here at Forever Smiles; making each patient feel prepared for their upcoming visit and helping guide them to proper resources available. Sara resides in rural Winthrop with her husband and four children. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the cabin and watching her children participate in their sporting events and activities. 

Peggy

Dental Assistant

Peggy is a graduate of A-GI ( Arlington - Green Isle High school). After high school Peggy attended Normandale Community College Bloomington earning her degree in Dental Assisting. After college Peggy worked in the south metro in both General and Orthodontic practices. She began work in Arlington for Dr H.M. Noack DDS and when the practice was sold to Dr. Shawn Knorr DDS she transitioned her skills to Forever Smiles- Arlington. Peggy is married for 31 years to Keith, they have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and spoiling her grandchildren!

Courtney

Dental Assistant

Courtney is an Sibley East Alumni and graduated from SSC-Mankato with her Associates of Applied Science & Dental Assisting. Courtney loves to educate the patients about Oral Health and working with patients of all ages and making sure every patient is comfortable during their appointment. Courtney married her junior high sweetheart; in her free time, Courtney enjoys gardening, reading, being outdoors and spoiling her dog, Luna!

Carmen

Dental Assistant

Carmen is a graduate of GFW High School, and earned her Dental Assisting (DA) degree from SSC in Mankato. 
When Carmen is not helping people protect their smiles, you can find her spending time with daughter, Valorie, and son, in their hometown of Fairfax. Carmen also enjoys camping, playing volleyball, painting, and working on her home-based business! 

Katherine

Dental Hygienist

Katherine is originally from the rural Belle Plaine area, Katherine graduated from Argosy University and has been a dental hygienist since 2007.  She enjoys working with patients of all ages and all stages of oral health.  She is passionate about educating her patients about their individual oral health needs.  She is excited to be a part of the Forever Smiles team and is thrilled to get to know her patients. Katherine and her husband Tony, live in rural Arlington and have three children.  Katherine enjoys farming with her family when not working in the dental field.  She enjoys teaming up with her husband and children as they participate in dairy cattle shows.  

Melissa

Melissa graduated from Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University -Mankato) in 1995.   She has volunteered for Give Kids a Smile program, a couple of times and has loved the joy and experience it brought, as well as the great people she volunteered with.  

She loves caring for patients of all ages.  And really enjoys trying to make each person, have the best possible experience, by showing compassion and empathy, especially for those with dental anxiety.  She also enjoys challenging herself to continue to learn and educate herself, to help find ways, to make it easier for patients to improve their oral care. Showing that kind of care,  is what she loved most, about going to her dentist growing up and why she chose this line of work.  It also is why she loves working at Forever Smiles-Arlington, seeing how they strive to do the same. When not at work, you will find her enjoying time with Mike, her husband of 30 years, who still can make her laugh.  She loves also hanging out with her family; especially with her grown son, Derek and her grown daughter, Hannah and her family (her husband-Jared, daughter-Madison and son-Cooper). Her latest title, grandma…..she will admit is the best!  She absolutely adores her grandies; spending time with them and spoiling them as much as possible.
